Every figure below is a car that went on the dyno here, before and after, on the same afternoon. Where a car made less than we hoped, that is the number on the page.
Your car is in the same database these came from.
No obligation. We price it before anything is touched.

Our four-wheel rolling road
Every figure on this page came off it
Written here, against our own data
Filter by the kind of job. Every row is one car, one visit, two dyno runs.

Two runs on one chart, standard in grey and mapped in red. What matters is not the height of the peak — it is the shape between the two lines, and whether both runs were done on the same day in the same conditions.
We print both and go through them with you before you pay. If the gain is all in a narrow band at the top, you will barely feel it on the road, and we will say so.
The headline number. The least useful thing on the chart.
Where the car actually feels quicker in normal driving.
Both runs, one session. Otherwise it is two unrelated charts.

It would be quicker to fill a tuning gallery with figures from a file supplier's brochure, and a great deal of the trade does exactly that. The problem is that this is the only page making a checkable claim.
Somebody with the same car will ring and ask what theirs made. If the number came from a spreadsheet rather than our dyno, that conversation ends the relationship. So the rule is simple: if it did not go on our dyno, it does not go on this page.
It does mean the list grows slowly and it includes results we were not thrilled with. A Golf that made 398 instead of the 420 we expected is still on here, because taking it off would make every other row worth less.
On percentages: a gain quoted as a percentage of a manufacturer's claimed output is not a measurement. Manufacturers under-declare and over-declare, and the car in front of you may never have made the brochure figure in the first place. That is exactly why we measure yours before we touch it.
Watched it on the dyno, took the printouts home, and the second one matches what the car actually feels like. First time I have had that.
Mine made less than they thought it would and they told me why rather than quietly printing a different number. Ended up spending more with them because of it.
Two vans done, both pull properly loaded now and the fuel figures have held up over six months. Third one booked.
Software-only jobs we do at your address — driveway, office car park or yard. Anything that needs measuring comes to the unit, because a rolling road does not travel.
Tell us the job and we will say which one it is before you book.
Send the registration and what you want from it. We come back with the figures for your exact engine and a fixed price, usually the same day.
