Four-wheel dyno time on its own, with printed runs. No software, no sales pitch — just what your car actually makes.
Send the reg and we come back with the figures for your exact engine and a fixed price.
No obligation. We price it before anything is touched.
Three reasons, in order of frequency. Somebody has bought a car advertised as modified and wants to know what it really makes. Something feels down on power and nobody can say why. Or a car has been tuned elsewhere and the owner wants an independent number.
All three are answered in an hour, and none of them require you to buy anything else.
The car is strapped down, brought up to temperature, and run three times so we have a consistent result rather than a single lucky pass. Ambient conditions are recorded, because they affect the figure.
You get the printout and somebody explains it. That second part matters more than people expect — a graph you cannot read is just a picture.
It measures power and torque. It does not measure fuel consumption, and it will not diagnose a fault on its own, though it very often points at one.
If a run shows something obviously wrong we will say so, and the sensible next step is usually a diagnostic rather than a map.
The car goes on the dyno and is restrained. Four-wheel means an all-wheel-drive car is measured rather than estimated.
Runs on a cold engine are meaningless. It comes up to operating temperature before anything is recorded.
Three passes so the result is repeatable. Conditions are logged on the printout alongside the figures.
Six rows from our own records, all measured on the same dyno.

Your car is in the same database. Put the registration in and the calculator shows its figures.
Put the registration in. If we have had one of these on our dyno you will see what it actually made. If we have not, you will see the range that kind of engine usually gives, and we will say so.
Measured on our own dyno, standard hardware, same day.
Stage 2 depends entirely on which parts are on the car, so we will not publish a figure for it. Bring it in and we will measure what it makes first.
Every published figure came off our own four-wheel dyno. Vehicle details come from the DVSA record. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Yes, and plenty do. There is no pressure and no discount for agreeing to a remap afterwards.
This is the single most common reason people book it. £150 and an hour settles what you actually own.
Because one is not evidence. Three consistent passes tell you the figure is real rather than a good moment.
Yes. A dyno run shows up a lot — boost dropping, fuelling going lean, a misfire under load. If we see it, you will hear about it.
Both are on the printout. Wheel figures are what we measured; flywheel is calculated, and we will show you the correction factor rather than hide it.
If we have measured the car before, yes. We keep every run against the registration.
Software-only jobs we do at your address — driveway, office car park or yard. Anything that needs measuring comes to the unit, because a rolling road does not travel.
Tell us the job and we will say which one it is before you book.
Send the registration and what you want from the car. We come back with the figures for your exact engine and a fixed price, usually the same day.
